Compatibility Checklist

Check before you order

Even number of tension rods — Hooplug® isn’t compatible with drums that have an odd number of tension rods (e.g. some Gretsch toms with 5 rods).
Suspension mounts — if your toms use suspension mounts, they’ll need to be removed or replaced (usually simple to do).
Any hoop works — triple flange, die-cast, even wood. You keep using your own hoops.
Sizes in inches — Hooplug matches standard drum sizes (10″, 12″, 14″ snare, 16″, 20″, 22″).
Planning to nest your drums? Double-check the internal/external diameters fit one inside the other.
